Membership Invitation

You are invited to become a member of the Minnesota Self-Insurers' Association. This Association is a Not for profit organization which exists primarily as an educational forum for its members. Membership is open to self insured employers and those retaining at least $250,000.00 in liability under a workers compensation insurance policy. Associate membership status is open to any person or organization with a bona fide interest in Minnesota workers' compensation or companies that self-insure. Applications for membership are subject to approval by the Membership Committee and the Board of Directors.

The Minnesota Self-Insurers' Association is one of the most effective voices in the Minnesota legislature and various State agencies with regard to workers' compensation issues. The MSIA takes a pro-active position against workers' compensation legislation that has a negative affect on the costs and management of employers' workers' compensation cases. The Association constantly strives for positive reform that benefits employees as well as employers.

Annual dues for the Association, most of which are dedicated to workers' compensation legislative issues, are:

Voting Members: $650.00
Associate Members: $700.00

Dues are payable to the Minnesota Self-Insurers' Association.

You are welcome to attend a quarterly meeting as a guest. If you are interested in attending a meeting and/or becoming a member, please register on-line or contact the administrator.
